Our Values
Early into the Twin Tails journey, our Founder and CEO, Jamie Matson, read the book The Leader That Had No Title by Robin Sharma. This book had a huge influence on Jamie’s vision to become an inspiring leader and to work hard in finding and creating the most dedicated, friendly Grooming Team in Arizona.
We have established our core values based on Jamie’s beliefs in how others should be treated and how to be a part of a community that shares the same vision. We whole-heartedly stand by our company “IMAGE”.

We Are Proud To Partner With:
Barb’s Dog Rescue started in 2001 with one woman’s concern for the thousands of homeless dogs in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. It’s hard to say no to moms with young puppies or injured dogs who would struggle to survive if left on the streets. As word about our shelter has spread our doors have been busier and busier. Once just a small shelter run by Barb alone, we now house over 300 dogs and puppies on any given day, with a team of staff and dedicated volunteers.
Because there are not enough people looking to adopt in the Puerto Penasco community, we work with rescue groups in the United States to place adoptable dogs. For those that have been severely traumatized, Barb’s Dog Rescue will be their permanent sanctuary, and they will live out their lives knowing they are safe from the challenges of living on the streets.
We volunteer our time to make sure senior and special needs dogs receive the care they deserve. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a safe and caring environment for senior and special needs canines. Through rescue, foster, adoption, education and hospice; we create secure nurturing homes for them to live out their twilight years.
At Ryan's Pet Supplies, it is our mission to take care of people who take care of pets. We serve the pet community by being THE RESOURCE for supplies, support, education, innovation, and community. We listen to you! We work with pet professionals when developing new products and in identifying the brands that are important to your work and carry over 9,000 products that help professionals do their job every day.
